• The Project Development Director 1 of Rand Development Sdn. Bhd.  

• Prior to joining Rand Development Sdn. Bhd., Twan was the Project Manager of Taisei Corporation Malaysia from 1986 to 2014. Taisei Corporation is a Tokyo – based conglomerate founded in 1873 with main areas of business in building construction, civil engineering and real estate development.

• Throughout Twan’s stint with Taisei, he has led and completed projects worth a total of RM 16.7 Billion.

• Twan has led and completed the development and construction of the main building of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (“KLIA”) in Sepang, Selangor worth RM 8.9 Billion, the SOGO Kuala Lumpur shopping mall worth RM 400 Million, the Johor Bahru City Square Shopping Centre and office building worth RM 450 Million, the Plaza Pelangi Mall Johor Bahru worth RM 200 Million and the Grand Continenal Hotel Johor Bahru worth RM 150 Million.

• Besides, Twan has also led and completed the development and construction of the Jimah Power Plant and the TNB Tuanku Jaafar Power Station in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan worth RM 6.2 Billion and RM 400 Million respectively.
