Twan serves as the Project Development Director 1 of Rand Development Sdn. Bhd. Prior to joining Rand Development, Twan was Project Manager at Taisei Corporation Malaysia from 1986 to 2014. Taisei Corporation, founded in 1873 in Tokyo, is a leading conglomerate specializing in building construction, civil engineering, and real estate development.

Over his tenure with Taisei, Twan successfully led and completed projects totaling RM 16.7 billion, including:

• Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Sepang – Main building (RM 8.9 billion)

• SOGO Kuala Lumpur Shopping Mall – (RM 400 million)

• Johor Bahru City Square Shopping Centre & Office Building – (RM 450 million)

• Plaza Pelangi Mall, Johor Bahru – (RM 200 million)

• Grand Continental Hotel, Johor Bahru – (RM 150 million)

• Jimah Power Plant – (RM 6.2 billion)

• TNB Tuanku Jaafar Power Station, Port Dickson – (RM 400 million)
