Professor Dr. Albert Chen
Honorary Advisor & Investment Director

He serves as the Group Honorary Advisor and Investment Director of the Rand Group of Companies, as well as the Honorary Advisor and Investment Director of Rand Development Sdn. Bhd. He is also a Partner of the China Baohui Equity Investment Fund (Xiamen) and Co-Founder of China Quanzhou Experimental Middle School (No. 5 Middle School).

He is the President and CEO of Chase Energy (Labuan) Ltd., President of the ASEAN One Belt One Road Research Academy (AORA), and CEO of the Asia Pacific Economic Review (APER) think-tank magazine.

Earlier in his career, he led and managed the Project Credit and Risk Management portfolio at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Quanzhou Branch, where he was also among the first batch of senior Corporate Financial Planners. With 36 years of experience in investment and financial management, he specializes in real estate feasibility studies, investment structuring, and asset risk management.

He holds several academic and advisory appointments, including:

• Member, Advisory Committee of the China Private Enterprise Investment and Capital Operation Research Center, Xiamen University

• External Postgraduate Tutor, Applied Statistics, School of Economics, Xiamen University

• Investment Professor, Advanced Training Center, School of Public Affairs, University of Science and Technology of China
