The Honorary Founder and Group Chairman of the Rand Group of Companies Malaysia, he has led the Group’s expansion into six core industries—International Trading, Garment & Textile Manufacturing, Real Estate Development, Infrastructure Construction, Education and Tourism.

He established Rand Asia Sdn. Bhd. in 1994 and built it into one of Malaysia’s leading distributors of computerized embroidery machines and software. Today, Rand Asia commands approximately 68% of Malaysia’s market share, holding more than 12 sole distributorships, including brands such as HappyJapan, Toyota, GMI, and Brother. Under his leadership, Rand Asia became the first Malaysian company to win top honours in major international competitions in Europe and the United States, an achievement recognized by the Malaysia Book of Records.

He also served as Honorary Advisor to Melawing (KL) Group of Companies, a prominent Malaysian property developer with over 40 years of experience and a development portfolio exceeding RM 1.14 billion GDV.

His professional accolades include being conferred the title Professional Technologist (Ts.) by the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) and Chartered Member (CMILT) by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Malaysia. He holds an MBA from University Malaysia Pahang.
